Big Sammy's Car Wash is a locally owned, fast, and fun express car wash where vehicles come out clean, shiny, and dry in about 5 minutes. We're looking for energetic, friendly people to join our team as Customer Service Associates at our Marlton location. Position Overview As a Customer Service Associate, you'll play a key role in creating a great experience for every guest. You'll rotate through or support roles as greeter, loader, and lot attendant, helping keep the operation running smoothly in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Key Responsibilities Greeter /

Sales:

Warmly welcome customers, explain wash packages and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, answer questions, and process payments.

Loader:

Safely guide vehicles onto the flat conveyor, ensure proper positioning, and help customers through the loading process with low stress.

Lot Attendant:

Stock towel bins, glass cleaner bottles, assist customers at free vacuum and air stations, and keep the property clean and organized. Check vacuums for clogs, etc. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional appearance of the entire site. Work as a team to deliver fast, friendly, high-quality service every day. Follow all safety procedures and company standards. What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand/walk for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to learn and take on different tasks throughout the shift Flexible availability (we're open daily 8 AM - 7 PM, including weekends) No prior car wash experience required, but is a plus.
