Bilingual (Spanish/English) Contact Center Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from members regarding loan and deposit services, credit/debit/ATM cards, account balances, transfers, withdrawals, stop payments, check orders, and other credit union products and services Assist members with questions about account operations, service access, account usage fees, and interest rates for savings and loan products Resolve account discrepancies and research member concerns to ensure accurate and timely solutions Guide members in making the most effective use of credit union services and recommend appropriate products that support their financial well-being

Position Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Excellent member service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
