$16.50 - $18.00 per hour ParkStage is a large-scale, open-air performance venue launching in summer 2026 at the East Freehold Park Showgrounds, developed through a partnership between the Count Basie Center for the Arts and Monmouth County Tourism. The venue is designed to host thousands of patrons per event across general admission, pit, and premium VIP experiences. We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Box Office Representatives to support ticketing operations and provide excellent service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Process ticket sales, exchanges, and will-call distribution Assist guests with ticketing inquiries and event information Handle credit card transactions accurately Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency Maintain organized and accurate box office operations

Qualifications:
