What You'll Do Greet customers and act as their trusted advisor throughout the service process Write repair orders and clearly communicate service needs Work closely with technicians to ensure quality and timely service Provide updates and build long-term customer relationships Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time What You'll Bring 2+ years of experience, preferred Polished and professional with strong focus on customer satisfaction Strong communication skills-both verbal and written Ability to communicate technical terms to non-technical audience. CDK experience, a plus! Ability to create a truly memorable experience for our customers Ability to work well in a team environment.
