  • 60,000 annually | BrickHamilton, NJ Integrity Health is looking for a self-disciplined, energetic, compassionate, and service-oriented Member Advocate to join our growing Partnership Health Center team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and making healthcare easier to navigate. The Member Advocate will support members and their dependents with healthcare and benefit-related questions and serve as a trusted resource in navigating the healthcare system. Position Highlights Split time equally between our Brick and Hamilton Partnership Health Centers Serve as a high-touch resource for members and their dependents Assist with questions regarding benefits, claims, network access, prior authorizations, prescriptions, and other healthcare concerns Build strong relationships with members, client leadership, providers, and insurance partners Assist with wellness programs, health fairs, and other member engagement activities Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to resolve member issues Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience with health insurance, benefits, claims processing, or healthcare administration preferred Bachelor's degree preferred but not required About Integrity Health Integrity Health manages health plans for public employers and operates dedicated Partnership Health Centers that provide convenient, high-quality healthcare for eligible employees and their dependents.
