Job Description

Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our collision repair shop team. This dynamic role combines exceptional customer service skills with a solid understanding of automotive repair processes, ensuring clients feel confident and informed throughout their vehicle's repair journey. The ideal candidate will possess a background in collision repair, estimating, and dealership experience, along with a passion for delivering top-tier service. Your energetic approach will help streamline operations, upsell additional services, and foster positive relationships with customers and team members alike. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and guide them through the collision repair process with enthusiasm and professionalism Manage customer communication from initial intake to vehicle pickup, ensuring clarity and satisfaction at every step Utilize estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools to prepare accurate repair estimates Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, suspension work, shocks & struts, transmissions, and other automotive diagnostics Coordinate with technicians and mechanics to schedule repairs and ensure timely completion of services Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining detailed records of all service write-ups and payments Maintain thorough knowledge of automotive repair procedures including collision repair, mechanical diagnostics, and routine maintenance tasks Qualifications Proven experience as a CSR in a collision shop or automotive dealership environment with a strong understanding of auto service management Familiarity with estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating systems Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical repairs, and vehicle maintenance procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients Experience in auto estimating, sales techniques, and upselling services effectively Mechanical knowledge of transmissions, suspension systems, tire service, shocks & struts, brake repair, and oil changes is highly desirable Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to drive company vehicles as needed Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain detailed records of all transactions Join our team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while leveraging your automotive expertise! Pay:
$28.57 - $34.41 per hour
