PM Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide customer support and administrative assistance in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with customers, managing emails, entering information into computer systems, and coordinating service appointments. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer phone calls and assist with questions or requests; phone volume is generally light. Monitor, read, and respond to customer and company emails. Enter and maintain accurate customer information in the company's system. Use the dispatch system to schedule and coordinate service jobs. Receive incoming parts, ensure deliveries are properly signed for, and tag parts appropriately. Communicate with customers and internal team members regarding scheduled jobs and service needs. Provide general administrative and customer service support to the office. Maintain accurate records and ensure information is entered into the system in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Previous customer service, administrative, or office experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Interested?
