Our clients can be sure that when they come to Harlingen, their pet is receiving the very best care. We are looking for a parttime Client Services Representative to join our team! Our Client Services Representative are responsible for delivering excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone to assist clients and their pets. They provide high quality customer service that meets or exceeds the expectations of our clients, support the doctors and support staff, and look for ways to continually improve the delivery of services to our clients to ensure that clients are treated with respect and compassion. This is a Parttime position .

Duties and Responsibilities:

Scheduling appointments for multiple doctors and boarding facility Answering phones on a multi-line system and directing them appropriately Admitting patients into the hospital Providing client education Maintaining a professional environment Upholding company Core Values Loving on pets Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Able to handle a fast-paced work environment High school diploma or equivalent. One year of client service experience is preferred Cornerstone experience is a definite plus!
