Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Lab Technician with a strong emphasis on tissue culture and stem cell work to support our clinical laboratory. This role will be primarily responsible for maintaining and expanding cell cultures, including PBMC isolation and reprogramming into induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs).
Key Responsibilities :
Perform cell culture procedures, including media preparation, feeding, passaging, and cell reprogramming (e.g., PBMCs to iPSCs), while maintaining strict aseptic technique Monitor cell health, viability, and growth, ensuring consistency and reproducibility of stem cell workflows Perform DNA and PBMC extraction from clinical specimens to support downstream applications Ensure sample traceability: receive, log, and accession clinical samples according to laboratory protocols

Monday-Friday Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Life Sciences required Previous laboratory experience in Industry for at least 1 year Stem cell field
