Duties Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process transactions swiftly and securely Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product information with enthusiasm Assist with merchandising, stocking shelves, and organizing the Front of House to enhance store presentation Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments with precision, maintaining accurate cash handling records Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Requirements Prior experience with POS systems and cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills in retail or customer service roles is a plus Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone etiquette approach Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for cash handling Experience in grocery stores or retail environments is advantageous Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift merchandise, and work flexible hours as needed Join us in creating positive experience where every customer leaves satisfied!
