Part-Time GNC Sales Associate & Customer Support

Duties Assist customers by providing detailed product information, including supplement benefits and usage instructions Conduct engaging product demos to educate customers about new or featured items Manage sales transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash handling and receipt processing Support merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining an attractive store environment Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales goals Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, including phone etiquette for remote assistance Support inventory management through stock replenishment and inventory checks, ensuring product availability at all times Requirements Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery stores or health supplement environments Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for cash handling and transactions Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve a diverse customer base Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves and organizing displays efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional communication with customers and vendors Ability to learn product knowledge and apply it to customer recommendations Availability to work weekends on an every-other-week basis is required This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to make a positive impact in a fast-paced retail setting.
