Responsibilities of an Entry Level Verizon Associate Meet with customers to introduce Verizon Fios internet, home connectivity services, and current promotions. Assist with internet service enrollments, activations, account setup, and account maintenance. Recommend fiber internet and connectivity solutions based on each customer's needs while answering product-related questions. Educate customers on the benefits of Verizon's high-speed internet while also discussing wireless services when appropriate.
