Hours:

• Full-time, (Expected hours: 37.5 per week) 4pm - 12am 5pm - 1am

Compensation Details:

• Weekly pay, starting at $17.50/hr Pay increase to $18.00 after reaching level 5 dispatcher Pay increase to $18.75 after reaching level 6 dispatcher

Qualifications:

No prior experience required High School Diploma or GED Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer proficiency Attention to detail and ability to multitask background check and drug screening Genuine desire to help others Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations Empathy and excellent interpersonal skills, particularly with seniors

Your Key Responsibilities:
