Entry Level Client Representative Responsibilities Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and approachable manner. Build rapport with customers and learn about their needs when discussing Verizon wireless, internet, and service options. Assist customers throughout the enrollment and sales process while maintaining a positive customer experience. Learn and apply effective sales, marketing, and customer service strategies through hands-on training and mentorship. Represent Verizon professionally and communicate available products and services clearly to customers. Use technology and company systems to complete customer enrollments, sales, and transactions accurately. Work alongside experienced team members to strengthen communication, sales, and customer service skills. Support individual and team goals by providing excellent customer interactions and helping drive client growth. Entry Level Client Representative Qualifications & Requirements Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, outgoing, and approachable personality. Willingness to learn and develop new sales, marketing, and customer service skills. Self-motivated and driven to achieve individual and team goals. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Strong work ethic with the ability to stay organized and manage responsibilities efficiently. Comfortable learning and working with technology. Professional and customer-focused approach when representing Verizon and its services.
