Job Description
Client Service Associate-Direct Hire 100% in office Hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm 1/2 hour lunch Salary $55K-$58K (BOE) Great benefits...Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, PTO, 401K We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Client Service Associate to support our clients operations teams. This role is essential in delivering exceptional client experiences while ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and is eager to grow within the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Service & Administration Provide administrative support to Advisors and Operations Team Serve as a first point of contact: answer calls, greet clients, and coordinate meetings Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle client communications Maintain accurate client records and documentation across internal systems (Salesforce, Egnyte, etc.) Prepare and process client paperwork, account openings, and maintenance requests Assist clients with transactions, confirmations, and documentation Manage office operations including supplies, mail, and common areas Operations Support Track, document, and follow up on client-related tasks Process account updates (beneficiaries, contact info, name changes, etc.) Support compliance procedures and maintain confidentiality Handle multiple priorities and special projects with strong attention to detail Tax Administration Support Assist with tax return processing, organization, and filing Scan, digitize, and manage client tax documents Support tax team during peak deadlines using systems likeCCH Axcess and SafeSend Qualifications:
High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred 3+ years of administrative experience (financial services or CPA firm preferred) Strong technical skills (Microsoft Office, especially Word/Excel/Mail Merge; CRM systems a plus) Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities High attention to detail with strong follow-through Commitment to providing high-quality client service #EMERSONADSimilar remote jobs
