Responsibilities include:
Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and maintenance needs Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance services clearly and professionally Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and repair recommendations Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, including timelines and costs Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term customer relationships Schedule service appointments and manage workflow efficiently Ensure repair orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner Follow department processes and company policies Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and overall department performance What We're Looking For Automotive service advising, automotive repair, or dealership experience preferred Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning dealership software systems Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail Positive attitude with a commitment to integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing Ready to Join Our Team?
