Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Verizon Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As a Verizon Customer Service Representative, you'll act as a key point of contact for both new and existing customers. You'll help individuals explore Verizon's wireless, internet, and mobile solutions, delivering personalized sales and customer recommendations that keep them connected. Through ongoing Verizon Customer Service Representative training and team collaboration, you'll build strong communication and sales skills while contributing to overall team success.
Verizon Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Engage with customers through in-person sales interactions in assigned territories Present Verizon wireless, internet, and mobile service options based on individual needs Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention Identify new sales opportunities and promote current Verizon products and promotions Educate customers on available services to increase awareness and usage Generate new leads while managing follow-ups with existing customers Address questions and overcome objections with clear, solution-focused communication Collaborate with other Verizon Customer Service Representatives and leadership to meet and exceed sales targets Qualifications for a
Verizon Customer Service Representative:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with customers daily Ability to handle objections and provide effective solutions Organized and able to manage multiple customer interactions Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented mindset The Verizon Customer Service Representative role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a results-driven team focused on delivering strong customer experiences and measurable performance.
Pay:
$48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
