Newark, New Jersey CoWorx Staffing Services has immediate temp to hire call center openings with a fantastic, employee focused client in the Newark, NJ. 11am to 7:30pm With Sunday and another day of the week off.

Responsibilities:

Minimum of 6 month of experience in a customer service role. Experience in a call center environment a plus Bilingual English and Spanish a plus but not necessary Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues

Desired Background/Skills:

HS diploma or GED Experience in a call center environment Strong customer service skills Solid ability to multitask Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
