Job Description:

Client Advisor An established luxury retail organization is seeking a Freelance Client Advisor to deliver elevated, personalized service across phone, email, and live chat channels. This opportunity is well suited for a polished customer service professional who enjoys building client relationships, resolving inquiries with care, and supporting a premium brand experience in a fast-moving environment.

Schedule:

Tentatively 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM EST, with Tuesday and Saturday off. Weekend and holiday flexibility is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide thoughtful, high-touch support to clients through telephone, email, and live chat. Create a personalized and memorable service experience that reflects luxury brand standards. Assist clients with product inquiries, order support, policy guidance, and general service needs. Maintain strong knowledge of products, services, and brand expectations. Partner with internal teams to resolve client requests quickly and accurately. Handle sensitive customer situations with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment. Contribute to individual performance goals and support overall team success. Capture customer feedback and share insights that may improve service quality and internal processes.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, client support, hospitality, retail, or luxury environments preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, solutions-oriented approach. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting. Comfort working independently while also collaborating effectively with a team. Professional, adaptable, and detail-oriented demeanor. Interest in luxury fashion, premium products, and elevated client experience. Confidence handling escalated concerns and turning challenges into positive outcomes.
