We offer a range of personal and commercial lines to meet various customer needs. We are seeking a New Jersey Licensed Property & Casualty Producer to join our team. Responsibilities Quote and sell personal and commercial insurance policies Work with new and existing clients to identify coverage needs Prepare applications and proposals Communicate with insurance carriers and underwriters Follow up on leads and cross-selling opportunities Provide friendly, responsive customer service Requirements Active New Jersey Property & Casualty Producer License Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and comfortable working with multiple carriers and systems Preferred Experience selling personal and/or commercial lines to include commercial auto, workers' compensation, or other small-business insurance Experience with both analog and digital filing systems Multilingual We are looking for a dependable, personable producer who values long-term client relationships and personalized service .
