Job Description

Customer Service Lead Representative - Full Time. Northvale NJ. Will be trained and learn to answer phones and take customer orders for eyewear/prescription lenses. Enter phone/fax orders into system, call back customers regarding status of orders, and other CS Department related tasks. Candidates must be able to handle customer inquiries in a pleasant, professional manner and provide an exceptional customer service experience. Must have basic computer skills, be very focused, organized and detail oriented, have strong follow through, problem solving and communication skills. Great career opportunity, with benefits.
