Customer Service Lead Representative - Full Time. Northvale NJ. Will be trained and learn to answer phones and take customer orders for eyewear/prescription lenses. Enter phone/fax orders into system, call back customers regarding status of orders, and other CS Department related tasks. Candidates must be able to handle customer inquiries in a pleasant, professional manner and provide an exceptional customer service experience.
