Eversys is a Swiss based company, which was founded in 2009 by a team of engineers with significant experience in the development of leading-edge espresso solutions, conceived and delivered over the past 30 years. Eversys, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Eversys Switzerland, is positioning itself to become the leading commercial espresso machine supplier in North America. Eversys, Inc. is looking to hire a full-time Installations Specialist to operate out of its Northvale, NJ warehousing facility.Job Description:
The Installations Specialist will be responsible for the execution of timely and accurate bench-tests, conversions, configurations, and damaged-in-transit assessments and repairs. This role will also be the primary party responsible for installations of Eversys espresso machines in the Tri-State region. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to adhere to production schedules is key to the success of this role. The best candidate will be mechanically inclined and able to produce high-quality work that ensures clients receive their equipment in optimal working condition. From a customer service perspective, success in this role will mean that each client begins their journey with Eversys on a positive note.Responsibilities Include:
Conduct in-facility machine bench tests, conversions, configurations, and damaged-in-transit assessments and repairs in accordance with quality, production, safety, and schedule standards Load, deliver, install, and calibrate machines in a safe and timely manner to meet client installation schedules Provide quick-start operation and cleaning instructions to clients after installation Complete post-installation checklists and provide technical notes to close-out the installation work order and service appointment Accurately and responsibly record parts consumption as related to module and machine remanufacturing and repair Thoroughly dismantle and clean machines, modules, and parts to prepare for reuse and dependable long-term functionality in live environments Correctly refurbish and assemble machine modules with reference to parts diagrams in a timely manner Test and diagnose rebuilt units to identify successful rebuilds for dispatch/shipping or unsuccessful rebuilds to return to assembly line Provide cross-department support for general operations (e.g., support inventory count, relocation of machines) Work in a systematized manner, keeping the facility, workshop, workbenches, clean, organized, presentable, and functional Work in a safe manner, in accordance with Eversys guidelines, OSHA standards and requirements, and other applicable operational safety and health laws, standards, etc. Qualifications Must have a valid and active driver's license Min. 1 year of workshop or applicable mechanical and electrical repair work history (e.g., HVAC, technical education) Ability to read and interpret exploded parts diagrams Ability to learn quickly and replicate processes consistently Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work professionally in a team environment Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
