Sales Support Specialist

Overview We are hiring a Sales Support Specialist to evaluate and approve device purchases for our company, TopTier Wireless. TopTier Wireless is a multi state electronics company which buys and sell used and new handheld electronics such as cell phones, laptops, and tablets. This is a fast paced and detail heavy role where each decision made impacts company profitability. You will follow a structured pricing system to ensure accurate, consistent, and low risk deal purchases. Responsibilities Review incoming deals from TopTiers retail stores remotely at our head office in Northvale NJ Evaluate device condition, function, and details based on information incoming from our retail store reps Flag missing or incorrect information in real time Respond with approved pricing within 60-90 seconds Maintain consistency accross all pricing decisions What we are looking for High octane, fast and responsive Strong attenton to detail Able to follow system rules exactly Comfortable making quick decisions under pressure Reliable and consistent Able to handle repetitive, process-driven work Compensation and schedule 25-40 hours per week, in person in Northvale NJ Hours are 11 to 7 Monday-Saturday, 11 to 4 on Sunday Starting at $22 per hour
