Job Overview Paul Miller Auto Group is growing! Our service departments are busier than ever, and we're looking to add a customer-focused, high-performing Service Advisor to our expanding team. If you're an experienced Service Advisor with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service while successfully recommending and selling service work, we'd love to hear from you. We have an immediate opening for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing an outstanding customer experience.
Expected Annual Earnings:
$75,000-$100,000+ (Base Salary + Commissions) Duties Welcome customers and accurately document their vehicle concerns and service requests. Prepare repair orders and obtain the necessary approvals before work begins. Recommend maintenance and repair services based on technician findings and manufacturer recommendations. Provide customers with estimates, repair timelines, and authorization for additional work when needed. Monitor repair progress and coordinate with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently. Update customers throughout the repair process and address questions or concerns. Review completed repairs with customers and explain the work performed at vehicle delivery. Maintain accurate documentation and customer records within the dealership management system (DMS). Achieve departmental performance goals, including repair order sales and customer satisfaction metrics. Work closely with the service team to ensure efficient daily operations and a positive customer experience. Experience Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred. Automotive dealership experience is strongly preferred. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technical information to customers in a clear and professional manner. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Professional appearance and demeanor. Proficient with computer systems and dealership management software. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. $72,009.51 - $100,000.00 per year
