Job Description
We are a forward-thinking sales and business consulting firm offering an exciting opportunity for a Client Success Associate who values clear communication, customer impact, and professional growth. In this role, you'll engage directly with local businesses to introduce energy cost-saving programs designed to help reduce monthly expenses while allowing customers to maintain their existing service provider. As a Client Success Associate, you'll lead direct conversations that make energy programs easy to understand. You'll educate customers on topics such as supply and delivery charges, available supplier options, and potential savings while confidently guiding them through enrollment opportunities. The Client Success Associate role plays an important part in supporting customer outreach campaigns, building relationships, and helping businesses identify solutions that align with their needs. Client Success Associate Responsibilities Educate businesses on energy cost-reduction programs, rate options, and procurement solutions Explain competitive energy marketplace options and how supplier choices may help businesses identify potential savings Review customer needs and usage information to recommend solutions that align with business goals and budgets Assist customers with enrollments and account transitions while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Present available incentives, pricing options, and fixed-rate programs in a clear and easy-to-understand manner Answer customer questions and provide knowledgeable, solution-focused support throughout the enrollment process Verify required documentation and handle customer information responsibly Meet established sales, customer engagement, and performance goals Client Success Associate Education & Experience Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing environments is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to explain products and services clearly Comfortable engaging with customers in face-to-face conversations Ability to address questions and concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience Previous Client Success Associate experience is helpful but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new products, services, and sales processes Client Success Associate Preferred Skills Confident, professional, and customer-focused communication style Ability to build rapport and establish positive customer relationships Motivated by achieving individual and team goals Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to balance customer needs with sales objectives Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to professional development
