Job Overview Our 24 year old and growing, full-service independent agency is seeking several motivated, results-driven Customer Service Representatives (CSR) Insurance Agents to join our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional client support, manage policy maintenance, and build lasting customer relationships. We welcome experienced, licensed representatives looking to boost their earnings by cross-selling and earning residual commissions by cross selling our extensive book of business. We are also happy to train and sponsor the right unlicensed candidate to earn their New Jersey Insurance Licenses and advance toward becoming a Licensed Insurance Agent and Investment Advisor.

Key Responsibilities Client Support & Account Management:

Answer inbound inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits to assist clients with policy updates, billing, claims, and renewals.

Coverage Consultation:

Review existing policies with clients and agency partners to identify coverage gaps, explain insurance concepts, and present tailored solutions.

Cross-Selling & Growth:

Engage existing clients and prospects with a full range of personal, commercial, and financial products to achieve team performance goals.

Administrative Operations:

Maintain precise client records, handle documentation, and assist with general office and marketing administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Background in insurance, retail sales, business, finance, or customer service preferred.

Licensing:

Licensed NJ Property & Casualty (P&C) or Life & Health (L&H) producers preferred. Unlicensed candidates must be willing to obtain necessary NJ state insurance licenses upon hire (sponsorship and training provided).

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills with outstanding active listening and problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivated, coachable, highly organized, and eager to learn the financial services industry.
