This position works closely with technicians, estimators, customers, vendors, and management to support a smooth and high-quality repair process. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming vehicle parts, verifying accuracy, condition, and completeness against repair orders. Order replacement parts and coordinate returns, exchanges, and credits for incorrect, damaged, or defective parts. Monitor parts availability and proactively communicate delays or issues that may affect repair timelines. Check the quality and fit of parts prior to installation and work with vendors to resolve discrepancies. Coordinate and communicate with parts suppliers, vendors, and delivery personnel. Delegate and coordinate tasks with technicians to help maintain an efficient repair workflow. Complete and maintain administrative documentation, including quality control checklists and repair-related paperwork. Assist with final quality control procedures to ensure vehicles are properly reviewed and documented prior to delivery. Provide customer-facing support when necessary, including assisting with vehicle check-in, reviewing visible damage or repair-related information with customers, and answering basic questions about the repair process. Communicate effectively with estimators, technicians, management, customers, and vendors to keep repairs progressing efficiently. Maintain an organized parts area and ensure parts are properly identified and associated with the correct repair order. Use computer systems and shop-management software to track parts, repair orders, communications, and other administrative information. Perform other duties as needed to support the day-to-day operation of the collision repair facility. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn and use shop-management software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with technicians, customers, vendors, and other team members. Ability to inspect parts for accuracy, damage, and quality. Reliable, professional, and customer-service-oriented approach. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in collision repair, automotive parts, automotive service, or a related field. Previous customer service experience. Bilingual. Familiarity with CCC ONE or other collision repair/shop-management software. Experience working with automotive parts vendors and suppliers. Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and common collision repair terminology. Experience with parts ordering, receiving, returns, and quality control.
Pay:
