Job Description

Sycamore Medical Management is seeking Customer Care Agents for our administrative office in Red Bank, NJ.
Responsibilities Include:
Promptly and professionally answers telephone calls. Route calls appropriately, offering voicemail, paging, or redirection of calls as needed. Schedule all new patients Schedule any appointment requests via phone or email Perform registration functions for new and existing patients Answer any non-clinical questions patients may have Attend all regular staff meetings Communicate thoroughly with all practice departments Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information Bilingual is a plusQualifications:
Up to 2 years of experience in a medical office preferred Knowledge of practice management software Ability to perform multiple and diverse tasks simultaneously Experience dealing with difficult calls/patients Familiarity with scheduling and rearranging appointments Insurance knowledge Pleasant speaking voice and demeanor Neat, professional appearance Strong written and verbal communication skills Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Accurate and fast data entry skills Detail-oriented, organized, reliable and dependable with a positive attitude Investigate and follow up on questions/issues to resolve concerns in an accurate and timely manner Provide solutions, recommendations and product information with a sense of urgency, positivity and empathy Adapt to changing priorities and business needs Be flexible and not easily flustered Give great customer service Work in a fast paced innovative environmentCompensation & Benefits:
Pay Range:
$20-$23 an hour the starting rate within this range for this role varies depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, HSA and Long-Term Disability insurance
