Job Description

Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Client Experience Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for dogs and cats, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. This role is crucial in creating positive experiences for our clients and their pets, ensuring that every interaction with our facility exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, scheduling reservations, and providing information about our services. Facilitate smooth client check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all necessary information is collected and communicated effectively. Handle client concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency, resolving issues to maintain client satisfaction. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contact information and pet information. Communicate effectively with the daycare and boarding team to ensure proper documentation and care of all guests. Participate in client retention efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience and foster long-term relationships. Identify opportunities to upsell our add-on services.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the pet care or hospitality industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. A genuine love for dogs and cats. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Reliable Transportation.
