Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front End Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Front End Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. Your ability to create positive guest relations while efficiently managing your time will be key to your success in this role. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner. Ensure cleanliness of the dining area by bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces regularly. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest inquiries effectively. Handle cash register transactions accurately while adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and provide assistance as needed. Skills Strong upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Excellent guest relations skills, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Ability to bus tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness standards. Basic culinary knowledge to assist with menu explanations and recommendations. Proficient in using cash registers and POS systems for order processing. Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations is essential. Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tables effectively in a fast-paced environment.
