Circle Auto Group is hiring a highly driven BDC Representative to manage inbound leads and outbound calls in a high-volume dealership environment.

What You'll Do:

Respond to internet, phone, and text leads Receive and make outbound calls Set, confirm, and follow up on sales appointments Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records Meet daily and monthly performance goals Download and Manage dealer applications
