! We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Writer/Advisor to join our dynamic service team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring a seamless service experience from vehicle check-in through delivery. Every day offers variety, customer interaction, and opportunities to maximize your earnings. •Our technicians get up to $75/hour Honda or Acura experience a plus! Key Responsibilities & Qualifications Taking customer inquiries and scheduling service appointments Determining customer needs and communicating them effectively with Service Technicians to ensure repairs are completed correctly the first time and vehicles are delivered on time Keeping customers informed on the status and progress of their vehicles Obtaining customer authorization for additional repairs and recommended services Providing exceptional customer service throughout the service process Initiating automotive services and repairs by identifying performance concerns and customer requests Verifying warranty and service contract coverage Preparing estimates and writing repair orders Maintaining accurate customer records and building strong customer relationships Thriving in a dynamic team environment Demonstrating effective time management and organizational skills Applying sound knowledge of automotive mechanics and repair processes Performing administrative and documentation duties accurately Maintaining a strong commitment to customer satisfaction Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus Preferred Qualifications Previous Automotive Service Advisor/Writer experience Dealertrack DMS experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build lasting relationships Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment Professional appearance and positive attitude
