Temporary Member Service Representatives Position Overview:

As a Temporary Summer Member Service Representative (MSR), your focus is delivering exceptional service to our members while facilitating various transactions with precision and efficiency. Serving as a frontline representative of the organization, you uphold the highest standards of professionalism, focusing on creating a positive member centric experience. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Position Type:

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Regular shifts include Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM with rotating Saturday shifts 8:30AM - 12:30PM.

Compensation:

$17.30 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

High school diploma. Teller experience is a plus. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs. Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc. Visions remains committed to the aspects of diversity and inclusion and will consider alternative education and experience.
