We are a consulting firm based in Marlton, NJ, that is hiring a Customer Representative to support customer enrollment and service campaigns for major telecommunications providers. As a Customer Representative, you will work directly with customers to explain services, complete sales enrollments, and provide a positive customer experience. Our mission is to create meaningful and positive experiences with every customer we meet. We are the market leader in developing impactful customer service and sales campaigns that will drive our clients' market reach to higher levels. We are currently seeking driven individuals to join our team as Customer Representatives to help us achieve our company's and clients' goals of long-term success and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities of a Customer Representative Speak directly with customers to explain wireless services and complete sales enrollments Answer customer sales questions and provide clear information about service plans and promotions Deliver a professional and positive customer service experience Identify opportunities to recommend additional services when appropriate Maintain accurate customer sales records and account updates Work with team members during training and daily team meetings Meet weekly sales and customer enrollment goals Qualifications for a Customer Representative Experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred Prior Customer Representative experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, motivated, and goal-oriented Comfortable working in a face-to-face customer environment The Customer Representative position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in customer service, sales, or telecommunications while gaining valuable experience working directly with customers.
