Responsibilities:

Following up on all service appointments Working with service manager to ensure that all goals are met Maintaining up-to-date knowledge Maintain a high CSI Update customers on their vehicles' status Achieve high hours per

Ability to create a memorable experience for our customers A passion to welcome people to our business environment Will make servicing a car fun and enjoyable Ability to work in a positive business environment Qualifications Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer in the automotive industry, preferably within a dealership setting. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Proficiency in auto estimating and service writing. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance, automotive repair, and sales techniques. Relevant experience with various vehicle systems, including transmissions, brakes, and suspension.
