Must be professional, upbeat, detail-oriented, and fluent in both Korean and English . Automotive Sales BDC experience preferred but may consider the right individual.

Responsibilities Include:

Speak/Email prospects and assist them in scheduling a sales or service appointment Answer customer's questions to the best of your ability; work with management to make sure customer's needs are met Follow up after scheduled appointments to ensure that all of our customer's needs were met and/or exceeded Work with management to make sure there is a transfer of knowledge on incoming prospects
