Job Overview We are looking for someone eager, friendly and self-motivated to learn the food redistribution business. As a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative joining our team you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and supporting overall office operations. The ideal candidate is personable, tech-savvy, and enjoys helping others while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Must have strong communication skills, detail oriented work habits, a collaborative mind set, along with a background well suited for building relationships over the phone. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and multi-line phone systems. Process orders accurately using productivity software and data entry skills. Maintain organized records using spreadsheets and Microsoft Office tools. Collaborate with Team members, management and other departments to ensure the best customer service experience Communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues and provide excellent customer support. Collaborate with territory managers to improve office workflows and ensure timely responses. Qualifications Recent College graduate Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and data entry. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clients effectively. Familiarity with SalesForce is advantageous. Demonstrated phone communication skills and professional phone etiquette. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
