The Animal Eye Center of NJ is an AAHA-accredited facility that utilizes state-of-the-art equipment and gold-standard diagnostic methods to address all of your pet's ophthalmic needs. Our distinguished professional, technical, and administrative support teams are known for their quality care, communication, and compassion throughout the treatment process. The AEC veterinary team, featuring our board-certified veterinary ophthalmologist, is highly skilled and maintains an admired reputation for medical excellence. Compensation $22 - $24/hr., based on experience Schedule Per Diem/Temporary Contract Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts Job Description As a Client Service Representative , you will play a crucial role in supporting our clinic operations while welcoming and assisting our guests. High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of customer service experience in the veterinary or human medical field. Familiarity with payment collection processes. Experience managing multi-line phone systems. Proven ability to maintain high accuracy in data entry. Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role ; fluency in multiple languages a plus!
