We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and driven to succeed. If you enjoy building long-term relationships with customers, providing honest recommendations, and working in a professional environment, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Greet customers and accurately document their vehicle concerns and service needs. Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations in a clear, honest, and professional manner. Schedule appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with timely updates. Review completed repairs and invoices with customers upon vehicle pickup. Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and transparent communication. Maintain accurate repair orders and customer records. Work closely with the team to help the shop achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor. Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair. Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer trust. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Experience with shop management software is preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
