• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
• Schedule appointments for services
• Communicate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work
• Provide accurate estimates for service costs and timeframes
• Upsell additional services or products to customers when appropriate
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and service history ```Skills```
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
• Knowledge of boat and engine diagnostics and repairs
• Experience in service writing or auto service management required
• Ability to suspend and transmit information between customers and service technicians
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and schedules
