We're currently seeking a full-time Service Advisor to join our growing team. Position Summary As a Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service. You'll work closely with customers and technicians to ensure every repair is handled efficiently while providing an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Greet customers professionally in person and over the phone. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues. Prepare repair orders, estimates, and service recommendations. Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time. Communicate repair progress and keep customers informed throughout the service process. Recommend maintenance services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle needs. Verify parts availability and coordinate with the Parts Department as needed. Process payments and maintain accurate service records. Handle customer questions and resolve concerns in a professional manner. Help maintain a positive, organized, and efficient service department. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not required. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance and repairs. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience with dealership management software (Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
