Customer Service Associate (CSA) / QSR Cook - Full Time Rebel Convenience Stores - 2.9 Boulder City, NV Job Details Full-time $15 a year 2 hours ago Qualifications Food service health code compliance Full Job Description The Hybrid Customer Service Associate (CSA) / QSR Cook is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing cashier, store operations, and quick-service restaurant (QSR) food preparation duties. This position prepares, cooks, portions, packages, and merchandises food products according to established recipes, menu specifications, quality standards, and food safety procedures. The Hybrid CSA/QSR Cook works across both the front-of-house and foodservice areas of the store and is expected to assist wherever needed to support efficient operations, excellent guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and safety. Greet every guest in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner. Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping and foodservice experience. Respond to customer questions and concerns and escalate issues to management when appropriate. Promote loyalty programs, special promotions, foodservice offerings, and other store initiatives. Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked, and customer-ready sales floor and foodservice area. Provide timely and accurate service to guests ordering food products. Communicate and cooperate with coworkers to support efficient front-of-house and foodservice operations. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently. Process cash, credit, debit, EBT, and other forms of payment. Verify customer age and complete alcohol and tobacco transactions in accordance with applicable laws and company procedures. Maintain register accuracy and follow cash-handling procedures. Perform lottery, money orders, and other store services as assigned. Restock merchandise, coolers, impulse displays, and other assigned areas. Complete shift cleaning assignments and maintain overall store appearance. Assist with receiving merchandise and inventory replenishment. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Follow all company safety, security, and loss prevention procedures. Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older. Full-time position with open availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Must obtain and maintain a valid Alcohol Awareness Card. Must obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler Safety Card. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to work around hot surfaces, ovens, grills, fryers, steam, sharp equipment, cleaning chemicals, and refrigerated/freezer areas. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
