Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs in a friendly, professional manner Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions efficiently and securely Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented Assist in inventory management through stocking, product replenishment, and inventory checks Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining phone etiquette when assisting remotely or over the phone Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences!
