Position:

Implant/Full Arch Appointment Setter Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective patients to schedule appointments for dental implant consultations. Follow up on leads generated through various channels, including website inquiries and marketing campaigns. Provide information about our services, pricing, and appointment availability to potential patients. Maintain accurate records of all communication and appointment bookings in our CRM system. Collaborate closely with our dental team to ensure seamless patient scheduling and exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

Previous experience as an Appointment Setter or a Receptionist, in a dental or medical office, with specific experience in implant dentistry preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional phone demeanor. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients over the phone. Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and other office productivity tools.

Qualifications:

Organized, able to multi-task with patients and phones, good communicator Dental experience Preferred Experience in Open Dental Preferred Previous experience working with patient admissions preferred Previous experience scheduling medical appointments and treatment plans preferred Previous experience/knowledge of All on 4 is a

Take inbound/outbound phone calls, reply to SMS messages and call inbound leads. Connect with prospects to understand their goals and motivation Invite prospects to set a consultation appointment. Assist patients in removing barriers to coming into a consult using scripting and "breadcrumb" questions provided Make a high volume of outbound calls to follow up with leads and encourage consultation bookings.

Compensation:
