Description:
Professional Summary The Consumer Experience Representative serves as a key point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support related to product inquiries, order processing, returns, warranty claims, pricing, and technical assistance. This role is responsible for delivering timely and professional service through phone and email interactions while ensuring accurate documentation and data management. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and skilled at resolving issues in a fast-paced environment. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments to enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer and consumer inquiries via phone and email regarding product information, technical support, training recommendations, pricing, orders, returns, and warranty-related matters. Process and track new orders, returns, warranty claims, refunds, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy and timely resolution. Maintain accurate customer records by documenting all customer interactions, correspondence, and transaction details within company systems. Provide product education, usage instructions, and troubleshooting assistance to help customers maximize product performance and satisfaction. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Shipping teams to resolve customer concerns and support business objectives. Gather, communicate, and escalate customer feedback, concerns, and improvement opportunities to management as appropriate. Deliver professional, courteous, and customer-focused service while effectively managing multiple priorities and maintaining composure in high-pressure situations. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred. Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service or consumer support environment. Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar CRM/ERP systems preferred. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone and email presence. Proven problem-solving abilities with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and documentation practices. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs. Professional, friendly, and service-oriented approach when interacting with customers and internal teams. Ability to remain calm and professional during urgent or challenging customer situations. Demonstrated reliability through strong attendance, punctuality, and professionalism. Experience interpreting customer needs and adjusting communication style accordingly. Knowledge of baseball and/or softball products and training concepts is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships across departments. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Sparks, NV. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
