Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to handle inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. We are looking for someone to help with taking care of customers and aiding the Tire department Duties Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and effective communication. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively. Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working towards satisfactory resolutions. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records in our system. Utilize computer systems efficiently to document interactions and track issues. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while interacting with customers, ensuring a friendly and helpful demeanor. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to type efficiently while communicating with customers to ensure timely responses. Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and customer support tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
