What You Bring:

Experience:

2+ years of proven background in customer service, call center, or retail environments.

Technical Savvy:

Proficiency in EDI order entry and familiarity with ERP systems (like SAP or NetSuite) is highly preferred.

Communication:

Ability to articulate complex solutions clearly while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

Education:
