Temp-to-Hire Our client, a growing financial services firm serving 1,200+ clients, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service & Office Operations Assistant to join their team in Bayport. This position will work closely with and report directly to the Office Manager, supporting day-to-day client service, account administration, compliance-related processes, and long-term operational projects. The ideal candidate will have 2-4+ years of experience working in a financial services or similar professional office environment and be comfortable interacting directly with clients. Your Contributions Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing professional and responsive service Assist with onboarding paperwork and documentation for new clients Support client account administration and ongoing maintenance Assist with IRA transfers, rollovers, and related account processes Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with firm requirements Assist with compliance-related administrative responsibilities Communicate with clients regarding required paperwork, documentation, and account-related items Work closely with the Office Manager to prioritize daily responsibilities and projects Assist with long-term projects and process improvements as the firm continues to grow Maintain organized and accurate client records and documentation Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow projects through to completion Provide general administrative and operational support to the team as needed Bringing to the Table 2-4+ years of experience in a financial services, wealth management, investment, banking, insurance, or similar professional office environment Strong client service and communication skills Comfortable speaking directly with clients and handling sensitive information professionally Familiarity with financial account administration, IRA transfers, rollovers, or related processes strongly preferred Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities Proactive approach with a willingness to take initiative rather than wait for direction Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment Professional, polished, and personable demeanor Ideal Candidate Profile This role is ideal for someone who is driven, dependable, proactive, and eager to become a long-term member of a growing team.
