Schedule:

Based on the racing calendar, generally Wednesday through Sunday or Thursday through Sunday. Weekend availability is required, and team members should expect to stay through the last race. Job Summary Integrated Staffing is hiring Bet Squad team members to assist guests at Belmont Park with NYRA Bets accounts and digital wagering. In this guest-facing role, you'll answer questions, help guests use the app, resolve basic account issues, and make the wagering experience easier to navigate. Responsibilities Help guests sign up for and use NYRA Bets accounts. Answer general wagering questions and explain how to use digital betting tools. Assist with app navigation, logins, password or PIN resets, betting cards, deposits, and account questions. Troubleshoot basic issues and refer more complex account or technical concerns to the appropriate team. Provide friendly, clear service in a busy racing environment. Support daily Bet Squad setup, operations, and recordkeeping as needed. Qualifications Customer service, guest services, hospitality, or similar experience preferred. Comfortable helping people with mobile apps and basic technology. Strong communication skills, patience, and attention to detail. Reliable transportation to Belmont Park and availability on racing days, including weekends. Ability to obtain any required gaming license. #
