Collaborate closely with internal logistics and warehouse teams to schedule order deliveries and confirm product availability. Oversee the end-to-end Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, validating return requests against company policies. Customer & Sales Support Serve as the primary point of contact to resolve product style and order inquiry questions for both customers and sales representatives.
